Mission Statement 

Project Growth Engagement Team (ProjectGet) is a peer-to-peer English Language mentoring program designed to support the growth of English Language Learners and to intrinsically motivate struggling learners. Through ProjectGET students can attain academic success with the support of their mentors, who create a welcoming and supportive school environment. Mentors help English Language Learners develop and practice their English skills through weekly conversations, academic support, and participation in scheduled activities and field trips. Mentors also foster a culturally-sensitive relationship in which English Language Learners feel comfortable expressing and sharing their cultural identity.
